Hospital Strength Formulation
Proform is a Hospital Strength Formulation
designed to assist recovery after illness by
boosting nutrient and energy intake when
energy levels are low.

Proform is good wholesome dairy product,
providing an optimal source of CALCIUM,
combined with VITAMIN D levels designed
to meet 50% of the recommended daily
intake for individuals per serve.
Proform is most beneficial
when:
- rehabilitating after hospitalisation
or illness,
- aged or where health conditions
necessitate added vitamins and
minerals,
- wishing to meet additional energy

Research Studies
Current studies show that deficiencies in
CALCIUM and VITAMIN D can contribute
to the development of osteoporosis1.
- VITAMIN D deficiency has also been
associated with reduced bone mineral
density, high bone turnover, and
increased risk of hip fracture in
the elderly2.
- Recent Australian Research has shown
that 22% of hostel residents and 45%
of nursing home residents were
deficient in VITAMIN D3.
- In addition to this, research has also
indicated that VITAMIN D supplementation
can reduce falls and fractures
in the elderly by 224.
